Service Description
BOOK BY NOVEMBER 29TH AND SAVE 20%! This training session will be conducted over the course of 8 hours and will conclude with a 2-hour certification exam. The training and exam are conducted by a National Restaurant Association Certified Instructor and Proctor. This session is meant for first time examinees or those who wish to have an extensive review session before retaking the exam. NOTE: SERVSAFE EXAM WILL OCCUR THE FINAL 2 HOURS. PARTICIPANTS MUST ATTEND THE FULL SESSION TO SIT THE EXAM. FOR GROUP BOOKINGS EMAIL INFO@GREATLAKESFOODSAFETY.COM. NOTE: If you require special accommodations, email info@greatlakesfoodsafety.com. Readers/interpreters are not currently offered, but exams can be ordered in English, Spanish, Chinese, Korean, French and Japanese. Large print and Braiile exams are also available. Some accommodations require medical/professional documentation. ALL REQUESTS FOR ACCOMMODATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED NO LESS THAN 21 DAYS PRIOR TO THE EXAM DATE.

Cancellation Policy
Session must be canceled no less than 48 prior to session date. Sessions canceled after the 48 hour window will incur a 50% cancelation fee. No-Shows will incur a 50% no-show fee. Sessions can be rescheduled up to 48 prior to session start with no penalty. Sessions booked less than 48 hours prior to session start date can be canceled no less than 24 hours prior to start date. In cases of severe weather or other unforeseen, extreme events, attendees will be able to rebook their session at no additional charge. ON-SITE TRAINING CANNOT BE CANCELED.
